WindowsUpdateError on Website 0x8007045A / InLogFile: 0x800401f3

Hello,
when I want to update the OS, the website brings always the problem
"0x8007045A" and I tried already both methods recommended by Microsoft:
Method 1: Upgrade or reinstall the Microsoft XML parser
Method 2: Replace the corrupted files
Both didn't work.

My WindowsUpdate.log just says the following:

Microsoft.Update.AgentInfo failed: error 0x800401f3
2008-08-13 07:45:04+0200 4636 1204 Trying to make out of proc datastore active

Can anybody help me?

First, try running chkdsk to check the Hard Drive for inconsistencies.
Then run a defrag:

Check your hard disk for errors

Improve performance by defragmenting your hard disk

If doing the above does not resolve the errors, see if running the AU
Client and Windows Update Reset Tool (V77e) resolves them:
