Download manager downloaded 91mb; the file exists in "\Temporary Internet
Files\Content.ie5\subfolder" but now the download manager, when restarted,
wants to start over from the beginning.
Is there anyway to direct the download manager to start from where it left
off the first timeand add to the 91mb already downloaded?

If it's not listed as a partial download in your download manager, perhaps not.
Give up

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/d...s/default.mspx
Order Windows XP Service Pack 2 on CD
