Right. He _wanted_ to post in Russian, but did not know how
to do it
So he typed in Russian - in a _Unicode_ edit control - and
then clicked on "Send" - program 'thought' that he is posting in "Western" -
which does not have any Russian letters - and this is why each of
then has been replaced with '?' - correctly, it means
"symbol is not found in target encoding" - during conversion from
Unicode to "Western, iso-8859-1".
Just a piece of useless for you guys information
