Winfast TV2000 XP WDM Not working

I have a Winfast TV2000 XP WDM that will not work in MCE2002 Nor 2004. When I try to access the My TV option the video window shows me that the video cannot be dislpayed, try to restart Media Center, your computer or reinstall the drivers. I cannot find what cards are compatible with MCE or if mine is. If it is not, I am willing to buy another...
