WinHlp32.exe plug in not working?

Hi - I am trying to access the help files in a piece of software. First try-
got a Vista explanation that I would need WinHlp32.exe in order to access the
help files. So I downloaded and installed it, restarted computer, tried
again. Same message. When I try to install WinHlp32.exe again, it tells me it
is already installed.
Anything I can do? I really need the hlp files for this program.

Have you tried associating HLP with WINHLP32.EXE?

supply that my UPS could not stop. Now I'm just waiting for the
