Whenever I try to download MSN messenger for my children an error message
appears, after an attempt to install 'live installer' , stating WINHTTP.DLL
was not found and the reinstalling it might solve the problem....I can't seem
to find it so I would very much appreciate a little guidance

this file has to exist in the /windows/system32 folder (on a winxp sp2
OS) Do you have any Service Pack Installed?

Hi there,

sounds like winhttp.dll is missing.
Try putting the file back in the system folder, you can doenload it here:
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dl....shtml?winhttp

Be so kind to let us know if that solved your problem? Other users here
might benfit it.

Best regards,
Michel Denie
