Are Winks Transplantable on Beta 8.1

All content is. Keep in mind its still per account, you can just move them to other
machines.

So you can move winks from PC1 to PC2 but not from to
(PC doesn't matter).

On 8.1 and XP?

Click Start, then Run, then:
%userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Messenger
click OK. Then click your Passport address, then ObjectStore, then Winks3.
