winlogon warning message

I am getting the following warning

The winlogon notification subscriber <GPClient> took 514 second(s) to handle
the notification event (Logon).

This is on a vista PC connected to a Windows 2003 AD domain. There are
several group policies implemented, one of which does folder redireciton.

Any ideas what this message means and how to resolve?
