Hi,
A new default factory installed with Vista Business gives error on opening Winmail as below

The below is Event log
Faulting application WinMail.exe, version 6.0.6000.16480, time stamp 0x4638f473,
faulting module ntdll.dll, version 6.0.6000.16386, time stamp 0x4549bdc9,
exception code 0xc0000374, fault offset 0x000af1c9, process id 0x12c0,
application start time 0x01c83daaa85da99e.



The below is the windows tab that is displayed with error when more information is clicked.
Problem Event Name: APPCRASH
Application Name: WinMail.exe
Application Version: 6.0.6000.16480
Application Timestamp: 4638f473
Fault Module Name: StackHash_af89
Fault Module Version: 6.0.6000.16386
Fault Module Timestamp: 4549bdc9
Exception Code: c0000374
Exception Offset: 000af1c9
OS Version: 6.0.6000.2.0.0.256.6
Locale ID: 16393
Additional Information 1: af89
Additional Information 2: 0bb68995ea5e55f06a5dc77082f5bddc
Additional Information 3: 6abe
Additional Information 4: 14d896da7ead9e28d8e07dfa705add79

please suggest what could be the issue

What if any antivirus programs do you have? Some of them cause
various problems in Windows Mail, although seldom immediately.
