WinPE and COM/ATL/MFC

Greetings,

I'm diving into the world of Windows Preinstallation Environment (PE)
and I was wondering if anyone knew if it supported any of the features
listed:

- MFC Libraries
- ATL Libraries
- COM
- Shell Functionality (even though explorer is not present)
