WinSAT error

I have recently upgrade to Windows Vista. When I go to the Windows Experience
Index I'm told that new hardware is detected and that I should refresh now.
When I do I receive a message that Windows System Tool has Stopped Working.
Then I recieve a message that says WinSAT failed in an unexpected way. Any
suggestions?
