Hi,
Sounds like the Rbot bug. Your AV software removed the file but not the
registry reference that loads it. Run regedit from the start/search line,
navigate to these keys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Run
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\RunServices
Click on each in turn, then check for a string that loads it on the right.
Select and delete just that string from the right pane.
