As Darrell pointed out do not delete that folder. To find out more about it
you can simply type "Winsxs" in Google. One of the main advantages of winsxs
over system32 is that you can have more than one version of a particular DLL
with the same name. Winsxs uses directories with version information to
isolate DLL's from each other.
