Winusb.sys and winusb.lib source

Is the source code of winusb.sys and winusb.lib available. It could be
needed if some optimization is to be done.

I would like to see the actual Ioctl traffic in winusb.sys. I read the basic WDM ddk and one of the table tells me that upper and lower filter drivers are not supported. Is this really true? If so, is there a reason for that?
