Winweb Security firewall

I get pop up Winweb Security Firewall alert.
I have lsas.blaster.keryloger virus how can I get rid of this?

Is it safe to install, how did this happen?

As to ' how did this happen ' ... there are myriad ways.
The system was not kept updated with all Security updates
3rd party programs/applications were not kept up to date [Flash, Adobe
Reader, Quicktime, RealPlayer, etc.]
You installed a 'video codec' when prompted to, thus infecting the system.
You visited a web page that used a 'malvertizement' to infect the system.

And on and on ...

Windows version? How does this pertain to Windows Update?
