winxp invalid password

when i reinstall xp all i get is invalid password and it won't let me reinter
my keycode at all? can eneyone help?!!!!

What is the exact message and when does it appear?
You start by saying "password" and end with "keycode".

it appear when i reboot and allstops? so i have to restart, this is when the
invalid password appears.?p.s did that help.
