I am a former CISSP, ISO.

Auto Update: I am a TMC Roadrunner User, i.e., CA-Security Suite. There is
no shutdown on Task Bar for CA icon. Therefore, I would guess that many
users may not understand how to disable there components of CA's products. If
this is not performed, they may have a cost for for explanation by third
party service.

There should have been a auto update for a pre-notification sp3 warning.
This update would place file in the startup run. It would initiat a l display
as a high priority warning. This warning would explain the pre-requirement
for SP3. If the user understand the requirement, the customer would have an
"ACCEPT INSTALL" key. This would place ms installed file and auto update
would check for the install file, prior to downloading sp3 auto install. If
the customer does do not understand the requirement. the customer would have
a "NEED MORE INPUT" key. This key would display the contact support
information for XP3.

Time: My Auto Update ran excessively long, over two hours. During this time
my system was vulnerable to the internet access. The system was unstalbe.
Therefore, I uninstalled SP3 update to return to SP2, about 40 minutes. After
reboot the system Blue Screen after. I am working with ms support to recover
the system.
