All the uninstall files can be safely deleted:

Wait long enough so you are sure all is OK before deleting an uninstall
file.
Usually about 2 weeks after installation should be enough for you to know
with reasonable certainty.
As time goes on the cause is less likely the patch and more likely something
else.
