WinXP SP3 not reported back into WSUS

It looks like when SP3 for windows XP is installed the installed count number
for (KB936929) doesn't change, will the properties of this client says it is.
If I run a report against this machine it says that this update is not
applicable. What could be wrong is someone else facing the same issue?
