But what about those of us who are here because we are responsible for
hundreds of network users? How about the fact that this isn't "just a
friggin service pack", but a major update that we need to evaluate in a test
environment until we get all our internally developed applications redesigned
for compatibility? What about the minor problem with an unexpected forcefeed
of a new automatic update client that may cause SP2 to be installed on our
users without our control and before we are prepared for it?

Believe it or not, not everyone here is just a tecnophile home user looking
for an excuse to gripe.
