Wireless connection last only for 30 minutes

Hi

I´m new user of Vista and having lots of troubles with it, but there is one
big problem I really need to fix asap...

When I connect using my wireless, the connection only last for 28-30 minutes
every time, then it disconnect. Very frustrating to work when it doesn`t work
as it should. I have an other computer using XP and everything is working
fine there, so it cant be a network problem.

1. Make sure you've unchecked the option to "allow Windows to turn off
this device when not in use". You will find this option on the power
management tab for your wireless adapter in Device Manager.

2. Make sure you have the latest version of the drivers for your
wireless adapter. If the adapter is built into a laptop, you will get
the drivers from the laptop mftr. If the device is a separate component,
you will get the drivers from the component mftr.

It can be for a number of reasons. A major one of them is configuration of
the wireless router. Go over ever single settting and make sure it is
correct, including 802.xx .g vs .b and so on. Also, there may be some
regularly timed interference. Have a look at the topography of the site so
to speak.
