Wireless LAN Network Adapter Causing Problem

Latelly, my Notebook does not start up properly (10-15 minute delay). This
problem seems to go away when I disable the Wirless Lan network adaptor.
Do you have any kind of updates to solve this issue ?
Or does anyone have a workaround? - Please HELP.
