Right click on desktop, Personalize, Display settings, Advanced settings,
Monitor tab.
I doubt though this is a monitor problem. Try moving away from the screen
and see if the performance improves from a distance. You didn't state the
type of screen, if an LCD you can rule it out totally as they emit next to
no RF whereas CRT's do to varying degree.
My first action would be to check for more up to date Vista drivers for the
mouse. Also for the radio reciever i.e. is it a USB dongle type. can this be
moved to a front USB socket, turn off other raio equipment (wireless router
etc), see if that helps.
Another train of thought, did it get worse after something else was
installed, software/hardware?
