Do you own a wireless keyboard or mouse? Some people might experienc
that they cannot connect their keyboard or mouse to their US
Receivers.
I have a solution, and it doesn't require changing the batteries.
NOTE: If You have a set that includes both mouse and keyboard, rea
both paragraphs.
FOR KEYBOAR
1. On the receiver (it is a thing that connects by USB port) press th
button, and then at the same time press the button which is on you
keyboard. If you are using Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop 700
you'll see the light on the receivers blink at the same rate. This migh
be the same on other models.
2. Test your keyboard, press the Windows Logo.
If it doesn't work repeat step one.
MOUS
1. Check if the optical red light is on under the mouse, if it is not
wake it up (Most manufacturers do this by clicking the mouse)
2. On the receiver (it is a thing that connects by USB port) press th
button, and then at the same time press the button which is on th
bottom of your mouse. If you are using Microsoft Wireless Optica
Desktop 700, you'll see the light on the receivers blink at the sam
rate. This might be the same on other models.
3. Test It by moving the mouse.

If it doesn't work fully, make sure you have the driver installe
correctly. Some keyboards and mouse don't require a driver (For Example
Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop 700).
If it did come with software, uninstall the software, and go to devic
manager to make sure the receiver isn't there, and if it is there
uninstall it.
If it didn't come with software, just go to device manager an
uninstall it.
************************************************
After that, if your keyboard or mouse did come with software, instal
it.
If it didn't, simply connect the receiver and wait for drivers to b
installed.

*MAKE SURE that you don't place the receiver near the computer itself
monitors, and other radio devices, (UNLESS YOU HAVE A USB DRIVE LIK
RECEIVER)* Some receivers are the size of a mouse, and a long USB cabl
comes out of it.
hopes this HELPS
