Can anyone tell me where to find the Mac No of my laptop so that access can
be restricted to our router?

Hello,

[Windows-Key] + r --> ipconfig /all
There, you find a list of your network adapter(s). The MAC adress is the
physical address.

start -> execute -> ipconfig /all
