Look in the "view network connections" in the control panel. I find the wireless card "disabled". I tried the device manager and uncheck the let windows disable this device to save power, and also the tuning to the wireless network, which seems to fail by typing "netsh interface tcp set global rss=disabled autotuninglevel=disabled" from the command line. It seems to shut down less frequently now (but it still does). If I don't find a solution to this, I'm downgrading to XP.
