I would like..
That I can import and manage the different historic of other MSN and
Messenger versions..

That I can repair or extract data form those files.. (not all are txt
compatible)

That I have a choice, for synchronize its historic data within my hotmail or
passport account..

That I have a better contact management tab synchronized with my space
website.

I suggested the basic version login for slow connections.. and you did it!.
But button needs to be slower and more clear for us!. Think you guys, that it
is an essential option when you are in a middle of nowhere, and you got a
brief opportunity to share a slow connection computer!!!

That I can recall others contact form others messengers alike Yahoo..

… more improvement for next time..

Greetings Adrian,

Assuming you mean the message logs, the format hasn't changed since MSN Messenger 6.0 when
the feature was introduced, so it really shouldn't be a problem to do this yourself -- it's
just text in XML. Anything from your browser to Microsoft Excel can open and interpret it.

I realize what you're really getting at is Messenger<->Windows Live Mail synchronization of
this data though like Google does though which certainly would be killer.

Sorry Jonathan, but I haven't seen all historic files of messenger in XML.
Besides for a regular user is it not intuitive if he wants to copy and paste
or edit XML!.
I talk about messenger’s historic chats since its beginnings..!
Moreover, (not sure if I understand you).. What would be a killer feature,
is that every time you merge your system to a new one, and after installing a
brand new messenger, a user can find a easy way to migrate all its history
chats from the other messenger MSN Live, or whatever new product in the line,
he have used.

I haven’t compare to Google at all.. I am just making my point since the
experience I have as a software evaluator and interface programmer..

Its a pin in the ass to synchronize from one system to a new one, all the
data we have save (MSN, Passwords, Browser, etc etc) besides the "My
documents" folder..

Best regards.
