To all those that have had the same problem and had to reinstall. I suggest
we all start billing Microsoft for the hours wasted having to reinstall. I am
self-employed and had to waste another day reinstalling and lost considerable
amount of money in having to do that. Once Microsoft start receiving bills, I
am sure they will sort the problem out!!

Have you read the EULA "End User Licence Agreement" that you accepted when
you installed Windows?

When you agree to it you basically agree that their liability is limited to
the cost of the software package itself, and they are not responsible for any
additional losses occured by the use of their software.

I am superised that nobody has challenged the EULA in cort yet in a class
action lawsuit.

I am sure if the global computer community challenged this in court,
Microsoft would be held liable, especially when in them knowing the problems
they have not removed the problem updates from the update site. Their
liablity is limited, but not when they are aware of the problems!!
