WL Messenger support team; bugs, and problems.

I'm wondering how and where can I get official support for my Windows Live
Messenger? I've asked/reported my problems here and noone did answer me! Is
this how support works? I am very dissapointed of WL Messenger support team!
I've been watching for topics for a while and some queastions are not being
answered!

The problem occurs in Display name and Personal Message box. I am not able
to change my Display name and Personal Message even after I formated my PC.
I've been watching for topics for a while and some people are having same
problem. Also my ID is automatically deleted from my friends contact list. IS
this somekind of server-side virus?
