WLM 11 - what I like

The ribbon is very user friendly because you don't have to search through
menus. The description that pops up when you highlight an item is very
useful.

Personally, I like the WLM that was made for XP. Its UI is is much more
intuitive to former OE users and it also prefixes quoted text lines with ">"
symbol in the replies.
