WLM 2009 build 14 disconnect reconnect reapeat every few seconds

hey guys,
got a problem that just started occuring about 2 days ago windows disconnects and reconnects every few seconds. It happens to every account i try it on and on trillian as well. I am on a dorm server not really sure what it is that keeps disconnecting. reinstalled quite afew times. But, if you can help me out that would be great.

running 64bit vista as well any information on this
