WLM 2009 Offline Installer

Has Microsoft posted the full version of WLM 2009 for Windows XP? I
need to download a copy before I connect my machine for hotmail
accounts. I don't like using Administrator account when I am on-line.

Why are you using the administrator account online. If your user account
lacks internet access, WLM will not be able to access your may accounts.

Full installer downloads are available from Microsoft...just not easy to
find in the Windows Live Solution Center

Install WLM using your admin account and after Windows is updated.
Ensure the Windows Firewall is enabled in lieu of another firewall
- ....it's best to install WLM online


Fyi...the link for WLE 2009 full version has been the same since Dec 2008.

Full installer downloads are available from Microsoft...just not easy to find in the Windows Live Solution Center

Knowing where to look is a plus..though I prefer(biased) my link since it
provides all available in one snapshot.


There are times when I feel that finding something in the WLSC can be like
hunting for tuber magnatum without the aid of a trained canine or swine.
