WLM 2009 - Winks nd Nudges disabled after upgrade

Hi,

I have just upgrade to WLM 2009 Build 14.0.8064.206 and now I cannot suse
winks or nudges because the buttons have been disabled in the chat window.
Please could you advise on how I solve this.

Perhaps you've selected a user who's client does not support that
functionality?

Or is it not working for anyone?
