Well, turns out that an apparently database corruption with my firewall was
preventing a connection. I fixed that, but NOW...it connects, but keeps
saying that "NETWORK IS SLOW" - both ends of video call freeze, no audio, etc.
It's just one thing after another. I think I will post THIS issue as a new
one.
