WLM 8.5 causes terrible echo that I did not experience in previous

versions of Messenger.

So what is the software glitch?
And please...don't suggest that everyone start using headphones..they were
not necessary before, and should not be necessary now.

Both parties have tried readjusting their settings but this has no effect.
And because it did not happen before I know this isn't a hardware issue.

So it's obvious Microsoft did not test teleconferencing out before releasing
this version. (8.5)

Has anyone actually found out what is wrong with the program?
