WLM 9 beta conversation problem...

Hi all.
I've installed WLM Beta 9 today. Installation goes well, and program start,
but...When i double click on a contact for a conversation a window appear
told me that it is impossible to run a conversion with that contact (anyone)
and to try again later. In the window there is just an OK button, an couple
of sec I pressed it and the window close, messenger crash! I've tried already
a restore of the installation from Program and Features, but the problem
remains... OS is vista and language is Italian.

Any suggestion?
