During multiple attemps to reinstall WLM I am unable to get the Audio and
Video Wizard to run. Have done uninstalls, reinstalls, cleaned all cookies
and files, etc. with no success. What can I try next?

Greetings Rex,

Just out of curiosity, does anything happen like an error message of some sort? And has it
ever worked?

Jonathan,
When trying to run the Audio and Video setup, after clicking it, a window
pops up saying "Cannot run Audio and Video Setup".

The program has been uninstalled multiples times, I went into Windows
Explorer and determined that there were no duplicate installations of WLM
(MSN Messenger), downloaded a new copy of the WLM , installed it once again,
yet with no success.

All Windows XP updates are installed. This WLM is the latest version. I
have compared the files and subdirectories to another working computer with
the same WLM installed and the files are exactly the same.

All options/settings have been compared and there are no exceptions. I am
really at my wits/experience end in knowing what to do next, short of doing a
System Recovery to remove what ever is causing the problem. That is
absolutely the last resort and I hope not to be forced into doing that.

Thank you for the inquiry.
