WLM Disconnecting Internet

Hey there,
I have noticed that WLM has a tendency to disconnect me from the internet,
causing me to reboot my router. It doesn't do it all of the time, but
recently it has been very bad. As soon as i try send a message, or receive
one, it disconnects me. With older versions of MSN messenger, it used to do
the same but only when I tried to send/receive files.

I have a D-Link DSL 504 router, wired to my computer, but also wired into a
Netgear wireless router (and I also have a wireless receiver on my computer).
I don't think there are any conflicting issues with those, as everything else
works fine until I use WLM. I have searched this on the net and it seemed to
happen a lot with older MSN versions (most notably v6), so I tried some of
the solutions for those including; disable UPnP, redirecting ports, etc etc.

Anyone able to help? It's really frustrating.

Make sure you have the latest firmware for all these networking devices. What you're
describing is usually fixed by the network device manufacturers.
