WLM doesn't auto connect at startup

When allowing WLM to load at startup on my broadband connected computer, it
loads normally but cannot connect automatically to the Internet. If I disable
the run at startup option and manually start WLM when the machine is finished
booting up, it loads and connects fine. On another computer in the same
location, it loads WLM at startup and auto connects with no problem. Is there
a way to delay the startup of WLM so that it can attempt to connect after
everything else is going?
