WLM doesn't respond

Hi,
I have Windows Xp installed on my laptop and when I start my WLM, it stops
responding. For instance, when I try to change my status or scrool down to
see other contacts I get the following error message.

"this program is not responding to return to windows and check the status of
the program click cancel if you chose to end the program immediately you will
loose any unsaved data"

Basically I see the WLM window but can not do anythign with it. on the other
hand, I can sign in to WLM on a different computer without any problem.

Greetings Oscar,

This can usually be related to a router on your network. If you have a router on your
network, reset it, restart Windows and see if that solves the problem.
