WLM Email pop-up notification not working on start up

Hi,
Ever since I updated WLM this summer, my Email pop-up notification stopped
working ONLY at the start up of my PC. (Before the update it did work.) any
other times, it does notifys me though. I don't know why this is happening. I
made sure by re-setting all the setting and are correct on WLM. Could anyone
help me on this issue? Thank you!
