WLM freezes then shuts down

every time i try to log in WLM freezes then i get a error message
AppName: msnmsgr.exe AppVer: 8.0.792.0 AppStamp:4493215b
ModName: ieframe.dll ModVer: 7.0.5346.5 ModStamp:443f4164
fDebug: 0 Offset: 000c3094
Windows Live Messenger has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience.
i have tried installing 7.5 but it still does the same
i am running IE7 like it and would like to keep it
i am now using windows messeger with out any proplems but kids hate it
any ideas??

There is a new version of Internet Explorer 7 out which -may- correct this which you can find
here:

thank you very much WLM now working great
my kids will now forgive me for getting IE7

i know of a coulpe other people with the same problem
a big thank you from them too
