Windows Live Messenger was working fine till about last night. Every time I
log in, I'm able to stay online for about a few seconds before it comes up
with a notice saying: "Windows Live Messenger has stopped working" and gives
me the option of either closing the program or close the program and look
online for a solution. Windows doesn't find any solutions to the problem when
it looks online however .__.
I un installed "MSN Plus!" because my friend said that might be part of the
problem, but I still get the same results. When the notice does pop up
though, there is a small Java icon that appears next to the messenger icon.
It never appeared before and I'm beginning to get suspicious >__>
Another thing I thought was, that this could be the result of a virus
infection .___. I'm currently using Windows Live OneCare, and it hasn't
picked up on any virus activity. Just wondering if there is a free anti-virus
software that is effective or better than OneCare.
Any help at all would be greatly appreciated )':
