Just download the MSI and run.
Note that if you completely removed Messenger and the existing Windows Live, you'll also need
the Contacts Platform:

After that you should be good to go. Note that if you want the other Windows Live
applications and they're not still installed, you can install them manually from here:
http://messengergeek.spaces.live.com...DA1!9480.entry
(if you use the real installer, it'll update Messenger on you again)
