Hey all!

I've been struggling with this all day so any help would be hugely
appreciated!
I have been having trouble with Kaspersky 2009 (it was blocking all
internet access) so I uninstalled it this morning and everything
Internet related worked fine. I tried to reinstall it and change some of
the settings so that it would allow Internet access (up to this point i
couldn't even activate the software because it wasn't allowing Internet
access!). It was at this point that IE and MSN stopped working, but FF
is still running fine.
The message i received from msn was that i should check my firewall and
proxy settings...my proxy settings are fine, and i uninstalled Kaspersky
once again, but was still unable to sign in, so i tried to uninstall and
reinstall WLM but now i am receiving the error OnCatalogresult:
0x8104000b --i have to be connected to the internet to install any live
products. I am posting this from FF on ths same laptop so clearly i am
connected to the internet!

i have tried to download directly from the windows live site, as well
as others...i've also tried to install earlier versions of msn but they
won't even initiate from FF...

I have no idea if this is connected to the fact that my IE will not
work either-it keeps telling me that i have no internet connection, and
went i hit diagnose, it told me it continues to tell me that it has
found no problem with my network connection...

I am running Vista Home Premium...again, any help is really really
appreciated!!
