WLM keeps on disconnecting and reconnecting

I have many accounts. All others work fine except for one particular account
which is
As soon as I connect it, it stays up for like 1 minute and then it gets
disconnected. No error message pops out. WLM Version is 8.5.1302.1018
I even reinstalled the windows just to fix this problem. SP3 updated but to
no avail.
It is working fine NOW on the built in windows messenger which has NO
feature in it.
I want to use the WLM. I did use one .reg key posted on Mr. Jonathan`s page
which say it would reset all the settings. But that did not help either. This
problem is just for this Account. I am on Windows XP. Help me out, please!
