WLM will not stay open.

WLM shuts down almost immediately upon logging on. I've tried a reinstall
(and the program will usually work until the next reboot), virus scan, etc..
Just before shutdown a window will pop up, very similar to the window that
pops when initially installing WLM.

Any suggestions/help?
