WLM not working since installing ICQ

Hi there, Im using Vista ultimate and WLM. It was all working fine untill I
installed ICQ.

WLM kept auto setting my status to busy, then it stoped responding. I
rebooted my laptop and now WLM won't open. It's in the task list in task
manager, and if i press the icon to open WLM it starts another process.

So far I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling WLM. I have uninstalled
ICQ and removed its regisrty entries using regedit. I have restarted my
router, and taken the laptop to try with another router. I tried uninstalling
WLM and deleting the msn messenger folder in regedit, and then reinstalled
WLM. I did a system restore to the point before I installed ICQ, this worked
and WLM opened but only untill i nex rebooted. Now no matter what I do it
wont open.

Can anyone shed any light on this please?
