Greetings JP,
When you ask for a Remote Assistance invite, via UPnP, it maps a random port to port 3389 and
therefore just allowing 3389 in a lot of cases won't help. Besides following Jason's advice,
make sure that Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) is enabled in the router for all this to happen
properly.
