I have been having this problem for six months (for WLM 8.0 now 8.1) at
least. I am running WindowsLive Messenger 8.1(Build 8.1.0178) and I am not
able to send email from WLM. When I go to Action -> Send Other -> Send an
email Message, an IE browser opens with no data in it. By the way I am going
through my corporate's IM gateway (IMlogic) and I am sure all ports are open
for IM traffic (test). What do I need to set up on my 8.1 to open outlook in
my desktop? I tried using MSN 7.0 and I was able to open at least hotmail.
